Responsibilities / 职责说明 1、Automation and equipment project engineering自动化与设备项目工程 Own the lifecycle from requirement clarification, concept and feasibility through specification, supplier alignment, FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, acceptance, ramp-up and handover. Manage scope, risk, schedule, cost and documentation. 负责从需求澄清、方案与可行性分析、技术规格、供应商对齐，到 FAT/SAT、安装、调试、验收、爬坡及移交的全生命周期管理；管理范围、风险、进度、成本和文档。 2、Manufacturing process development and industrialization制造工艺开发与工业化 Develop, validate, document and transfer manufacturing processes, process parameters, work methods, tooling and test concepts. Support new product introduction and ensure process readiness, capability and stable series production. 开发、验证、文件化并转移制造工艺、工艺参数、作业方法、工装及测试方案；支持新产品导入，确保工艺准备度、过程能力和稳定量产。 3、Equipment lifecycle, troubleshooting and optimization设备全生命周期、故障处理与优化 Coordinate equipment/tool development, introduction, maintenance concepts, troubleshooting and technical support. Lead upgrades and performance optimization; establish spare-parts, backups, preventive maintenance and obsolescence plans. 协调设备及工装开发、导入、维护方案、故障处理和技术支持；主导升级与性能优化，建立备件、程序备份、预防性维护及淘汰替代计划。 4、Control, robotics and system integration控制、机器人及系统集成 Evaluate PLC/HMI, motion control, robots/cobots, vision, sensors, safety circuits, traceability and production interfaces. Review software architecture, electrical design, version control and diagnostic concepts. 评审PLC/HMI、运动控制、工业机器人/协作机器人、视觉、传感器、安全回路、追溯及生产接口；软件架构、电气设计、版本控制和诊断方案。 5、Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing持续改进与精益制造 Use structured problem solving, value-stream analysis and production data to improve OEE, cycle time, downtime, quality, capacity, labor productivity and process stability. Lead and execute improvement projects with measurable benefits. 运用结构化问题解决、价值流分析和生产数据，改善 OEE、节拍、停机、质量、产能、劳动生产率及工艺稳定性；主导并执行具有可量化收益的改善项目。 6、Process and equipment safety, quality and compliance工艺设备安全、质量与合规 Ensure risk assessment, safeguarding, safety functions, electrical compliance, ergonomics, process validation, change control and acceptance evidence comply with applicable E+H requirements and Chinese regulations/standards. 确保风险评估、防护、安全功能、电气合规、人机工程、工艺验证、变更控制及验收证据符合适用的 E+H 要求和中国法规/标准。 7、Others其他 Other tasks assigned by reporting manager完成直属经理安排的其他相关工作任务。 Requirements/任职要求 1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Control Engineering or a related field. 本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、机电一体化、机器人、机械工程、制造工程、控制工程或相关专业。 2、Typically, 8+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, including 5+ years in equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, automation engineering or equipment integration. Demonstrated delivery of at least one complete equipment, automation or industrialization project from concept through acceptance and ramp-up. 通常具备8年以上制造业工程经验，其中5年以上涉及设备调试、故障处理、维护、自动化工程或设备集成；具备至少一个从概念、实施、验收到爬坡的完整设备、自动化或工业化项目交付经验。 3、Working knowledge of manufacturing process development, process validation, PLC/HMI, industrial networks, sensors/actuators, electrical schematics, machine safety and structured troubleshooting. Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with 3D software such as Creo. 掌握制造工艺开发、工艺验证、PLC/HMI、工业网络、传感器/执行器、电气图、机械安全及结构化故障分析；熟练使用 AutoCAD，具备 Creo 等3D软件经验。 4、Siemens automation, industrial robots/cobots, machine vision, safety systems, MES/SAP/traceability integration, tooling design, supplier management, CAPEX/ROI evaluation, lean manufacturing, and regulated or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing. 具备西门子自动化、工业机器人/协作机器人、机器视觉、安全系统、MES/SAP/追溯集成、工装设计、供应商管理、CAPEX/ROI 评估、精益制造，以及受监管或多品种小批量制造经验者优先。 5、Fluent Chinese and effective English communication for technical collaboration. Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; capable of using production data for analysis and improvement. 中文流利，具备技术协作所需的英语沟通能力；熟练使用 Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint，能够运用生产数据开展分析与改善。 6、Strong ownership, safety and quality mindset, discipline, teamwork, stakeholder communication, structured problem solving and efficient execution. 具备强烈的责任意识、安全与质量意识、纪律性、团队协作、相关方沟通、结构化问题解决及高效执行能力。
