该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责铸件生产工艺流程设计与优化，确保产品合格率不低于98% 2.主导工艺改进与试验，每年完成至少3项工艺优化项目 3.监控铸造生产过程参数，编制与维护标准化作业指导书 4.分析解决现场技术问题，将废品率控制在1.5%以下 任职要求： 1.金属材料工程、材料成型及控制工程专业本科及以上学历 2.掌握铸造原理、金属凝固学及热处理工艺等专业知识 3.熟练使用CAD/SolidWorks等设计软件及金相分析设备 4.具备良好的数据分析能力和现场问题解决能力
