该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责组织诊断与设计，年度完成不少于2次组织效能评估 2.主导人才发展体系建设，覆盖关键岗位人才识别率提升至90% 3.搭建分层级领导力培养项目，年度实施高管赋能项目不少于4场 4.推动组织变革项目落地，确保关键举措实施达成率超过85% 5.负责学习发展体系规划与运营，确保年度人均培训时长达标 任职要求： 1.具备5年以上组织发展或学习发展领域实战经验，有制造业背景优先 2.精通组织诊断、人才盘点、胜任力建模等OD专业方法论 3.具备大型项目推动能力，成功主导过至少3个组织变革项目 4.熟练掌握学习路径设计、混合式学习项目运营等学习发展专业技能 5.本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学或相关专业背景
