产品经理（自动化行业）

该职位来源于猎聘 Position ：Ensuring product development planning and execution throughout product life cycle from concept to time to market , from product improvement to after - sale support to customers , including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements , defining the product vision within the company strategy , working closely with engineering , production , sales , marketing and customer service support to ensure the achievement of agreed goals , target revenue and customer satisfaction 确保产品开发计划和执行贯穿从概念到时间到市场、从产品改进到售后支持的整个产品生命周期，包括：收集和优先级管理产品和客户需求，在公司战略范围内定义产品愿景，与工程、生产、业务、市场和售后服务紧密合作，确保达成既定目标、目标收入和客户满意度 Duties:

• Defining product development strategy and road-map in terms of goals , economic resource management, assets and team involved throughout the company 根据目标、经济资源管理、资产和整个公司的团队来定义产品开发战略和产品路径图
• Analyzing market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to actual and potential customers with support of sales force structure 在业务团队的支持下，通过对实际和潜在客户的持续访问，进行市场调查，分析当前和未来产品的市场需求
• Driving the contribution of different departments across the company from product development to market introduction and related promotion ( primarily Research and Development, Application Engineering, Technical office, Sales and Marketing activities ) 推动公司各部门从产品开发到市场引进和相关推广的贡献(主要是研发、应用工程、技术部、业务和市场活动)
• Supporting sales department in setting pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals 协助业务部门制定价格以达到收入和盈利目标
• Proposing overall budget to ensure product development , technical improvement and optimization 计划总体预算，确保产品开发、技术改进和优化
• Briefing and training sales force or other shareholders on product concept, specifications and functioning depending on counterpart profile 对业务人员或其他股东进行产品概念、规格和功能方面的简报和培训
• Managing the above at subsidiaries level when necessary with appropriate approach 必要时使用适当的方法在子公司层面管理上述工作
• Performing product demos and training sessions at customers' premises 在客户经营场所进行产品演示和培训
• Collecting customers feedback on product presentation, try-out and usage 收集客户对产品展示、试用和使用的反馈。 Requirements:
