该职位来源于猎聘 任职要求： 1、大专学历及以上（学信网可查） 2、在宁波两年以上工作经验，26-45周岁 3、执行力强、自律性强、目标性强、责任心强 岗位职责： 1.结合财务，税务，保险，法律、资产配置等领域的学习，为客户提供财务需求分析服务，量身定制解决方案。 2负责营销团队的建设培养与销售管理工作，规划所管辖业务团队的发展及完完成日常辅导，监督，检查业务工作情况。 3.督促所管辖业务团队完成公司制定的年度、季度、月度业务目标。 4.协助公司新人训练 5.进行行业分析，收集客户意见 6负责团队KPI绩效考核及新人培训 工作时间：9:00-17:00 周末双休 法定节假日休 入职公司：中美联泰大都会 公司地址：宁波来福士办公楼6楼
