📍工作地點:
灝畋峰 - 何文田山道15號 (鄰近油麻地站/旺角東站)
皓畋 - 何文田常盛街28號 (鄰近何文田站/土瓜灣站)
🕐工作時間: 07:30 - 16:30 / 13:30 - 22:30 (9小時5.5天工作，輪更輪休)
主要職責：
- 負責服務櫃檯的相關事宜
- 與客戶建立關係，維持良好溝通
- 巡查大廈範圍內各類設施，紀錄清潔､保安及維修等事項，並安排跟進
- 處理客戶查詢及投訴
- 協助處理日常電話查詢
- 需輪班工作
入職要求：
學歷及專業資格：
- 中五程度或以上
- QAS證書及保安人員許可證
資歷：
- 具備一年或以上相關客戶服務工作經驗優先考慮
- 若具備三年或以上相關工作經驗可考慮聘請為高級客戶服務助理
- 熟識物業管理運作為佳
- 熟識電腦操作
- 能操流利廣東話及英語、略懂普通話
- 具備良好中英文書寫能力
