策划岗工作职责: 1.协助完成项目提案、脚本框架撰写等 2.参与头脑风暴，提供符合综艺调性的创意点(如综艺游戏策划、环节模式点等) 3.整理项目资料，跟进现场彩排与执行，负责相关问题反馈及物资协调 任职要求: 1.大专及以上学校，影视编导，传媒、广告策划、艺术管理等相关专业优先 2.熟练使用PPT/PS以及办公软件，具备基础文案撰写及视觉表达能力 3.脑洞大、网感强，善于表达，熟知互联网热梗，对娱乐行业有热情，适应弹性工作时间 4. 喜欢综艺、影视节目，观看综艺、影视节目数量多，熟悉微博、小红书等平台内容逻辑的优先
