About Our Client 我們的客戶是一家具有多元事業布局的上市櫃消費服務集團，正持續優化營運效率與集團資源配置。
Job Description
- 統籌集團會計、合併財報、財務揭露、稅務、查核及內控制度。
- 管理現金流、資金調度、銀行授信、融資安排及財務風險。
- 主導年度預算、中長期財務規劃、滾動預測及經營績效分析。
- 向 CEO 與董事會提出財務、投資及策略建議，支持重大決策與公司治理。
- 評估資本配置、策略合作、股權投資及併購機會，參與交易執行與投後管理。
- 管理子公司財務績效與治理議題，推動跨事業、跨部門的重大專案。
The Successful Applicant
- 熟悉上市櫃財報與治理
- 具備資金及融資實績，能從各事業數據找出改善方向，並以清楚的分析與董事會溝通。
- 若曾管理多家子公司，或主導投資、交易及投後整合。
