What they need
负责建筑项目的商务管理及安全管理工作，包括：
- 负责项目造价、预算、结算及成本控制；
- 处理工程合约、招标、报价及合同管理；
- 跟进项目商务谈判、变更及索赔事宜；
- 负责工地安全巡查、安全培训及安全文件管理；
- 确保项目符合相关安全法规及公司要求；
- 协调项目团队、分包商及相关部门，跟进项目进度；
- 完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
薪酬： $30,000.00至$50,000.00（每月）
