註冊精神科護士或註冊護士，持香港護士管理局發出之證書及有效執業證明；香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文、英國語文考獲第 2 級 / E 級或具備同等學歷；具團體精神及良好溝通技巧；具戒毒服務經驗者將獲優先考慮。
職責：
為個案提供健康諮詢、護理評估及驗毒服務；制定相關復康護理計劃；協助策劃及推行治療小組、教育講座，並與社工、醫生及其他專業人士協作。
工作地點：荃灣及葵青區
