该职位来源于猎聘 1、岗位要求大专及以上学历；机械工程、材料成型、模具设计等理工类专业。年龄40岁以下，3年及以上模具设计经验，男女不限。 2、掌握模具设计原理（如分型面、浇注系统、冷却系统、顶出系统、排气系统、抽芯系统等）、材料性能（如模具钢，6061等）； 熟悉注塑、压蜡或压铸等成型工艺及模具加工流程（CNC、电火花、模具型腔表面处理工艺等）。 3、熟练使用各类设计软件，掌握模流分析工具。 4、能独立完成模具结构及3D/2D设计、并解决试模中的技术问题（如缩水、飞边等）
