该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.制动开发：负责制动系统（碟刹/鼓刹/CBS/ABS）方案设计、选型匹配与DFMEA分析。 2.制动调校：负责整车制动性能匹配调校（制动力分配、热衰退、涉水恢复），支持整车制动测试验证。 3.供方对接：对接制动供应商，负责图纸、技术协议、样件验证及PPAP认可。 4.标准沉淀：负责制定制动系统开发规范，沉淀失效案例库。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程相关专业 2、3年以上电动车、摩托车、汽车制动系统开发经验，具备独立制动匹配调校能力 3、熟练使用CATIA等制图软件，懂公差与材料工艺，熟悉台架与路试验证方法
