- 掌握PEFT/LoRA/QLoRA、DeepSpeed(FSDP)、Unsloth等主流框架，能排查Loss异常/梯度问题/OOM
- 有垂直行业（制造/物联网/医疗等）数据微调经验者优先（结合无锡产业特色）
- 熟悉模型效果评估（OpenCompass/自建评测集），具备迭代优化能力 【加分项】
- 无锡本地高校背景/愿长期定居无锡
- 有开源项目贡献或技术博客输出
