【工作內容】 作為華邦的(高雄)蝕刻製程課主管，你將參與新產品及新製程的量產導入，在生產過程中致力於優化產品品質、產能及成本，工作內容包含：
- 前段蝕刻製程機台評估
- 導入新製程技術
- 產能規劃
- 生產品質改善
- 化學品或氣體評估
- 機台/製程SPC提昇
- 良率提昇
【工作地點】 高雄(高雄市路竹區後鄉里10鄰路科五路35號) 【條件要求】 學歷要求：碩士
科系要求：化學工程相關 │ 工程學科類(全部) │ 電機電子工程相關
相關經驗：6年以上
語言能力：英文 中級 │ │
管理責任：Yes
輪班需求：No
出差需求：無
外派需求：No
其他條件：
- 需具備10年以上12吋廠乾式蝕刻製程經驗
- experienced in STI and bWL process
- 具管理經驗
