该职位来源于猎聘 1，熟悉热管理换式换热器产品3D数模 / 2D图纸 / DVP / DFMEA等文件编写和审核； 2，熟悉热管理换式换热器（涵盖LCC，chiller，水水换热器等）产品性能设计及优化，包含密封 / 流阻 / 强度等问题 3，熟悉热管理换式换热器工艺设计 / 制造 / 焊接等工艺问题，对冲压件 / 焊接等工艺和应用； 4，了解热管理板式换热器相关试验和EOL检测要求； 5，了解热管理基础要求，如系统架构和集成模块等； 岗位要求： 1，有能源动力和机械设计专业背景及2年以上热管理相关产品的开发经验； 2，对热管理板式换热器精通，对热管理基础理论有了解，包含系统架构和集成模块； 3，逻辑思维能力强，目标和结果导向，学习能力强； 4，性格外向，沟通能力强，英语能力强可加分；
