• Equipment Maintenance & Reliability 设备维护与可靠性
• Develop and execute preventive/predictive maintenance plans, inspections, lubrication, calibration and overhauls for extrusion coating equipment. 制定并执行淋膜设备的预防性/预测性维护计划、点检、润滑、校准及大修。
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation faults; reduce unplanned downtime and improve OEE/MTBF/MTTR.

诊断并维修机械、电气、仪表及自动化故障，降低非计划停机，提升OEE/MTBF/MTTR。

• Manage spare parts and maintenance records in CMMS/Oracle EBS.

管理备件及CMMS/Oracle EBS维护记录。 2) Project & Commissioning 项目与调试

• Participate in selection, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and acceptance of new/modified extrusion coating lines. 参与新/改扩建淋膜生产线的选型、安装、预调试、调试、启动及验收。 3) Process & Technical Support 工艺与技术支持
• Work with process, production and quality teams to set and optimize PE/PLA extrusion coating parameters; solve equipment-related process abnormalities and improve yield. 与工艺、生产、质量团队合作，设定并优化PE/PLA淋膜工艺参数，解决设备相关工艺异常，提升良品率。
• Support new formulation, structure and process development for food-grade PE/PLA extrusion-coated products. 支持食品级PE/PLA淋膜产品的新配方、新结构及新工艺开发。
• Optimize coating layer performance through equipment and process improvements, such as heat seal ability, barrier properties, and eco-friendly/biodegradable directions. 通过设备与工艺改进，优化淋膜层性能，如热封性、阻隔性及环保可降解方向。
• Support selection, performance testing and supplier alternative evaluation for PE/PLA resins and functional additives. 支持PE/PLA树脂及助剂的选型、性能测试与供应商替代评估。
• Establish equipment-related technical specifications, inspection protocols and trial plans. 制定设备相关技术标准、检验规范及试验方案。
• Support NPI, mass production transfer, raw material trials and technical specification establishment. 支持新产品导入、量产转移、新原料打样测试及技术标准制定。 4)

SSHE & Compliance SSHE与合规

• Ensure maintenance activities and equipment comply with SSHE, company management systems, local legal and regulatory requirements. 确保维护活动及设备符合SSHE、公司管理体系、地方法律法规要求。
• Conduct risk assessments, LOTO, work permits and contractor safety management. 执行风险评估、上锁挂牌、作业许可及承包商安全管理。 5) Budget & Continuous Improvement 预算与持续改进
• Manage maintenance budget, prioritize work, identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities. 管理维护预算，安排工作优先级，识别效率提升与降本机会。
• Apply Best Practices and Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) expectations. 推行最佳实践及维护与可靠性（M&R）要求。 6) Communication & Team Development 沟通与团队发展
• Train, coach and supervise maintenance technicians/operators. 培训、指导并监督维修技术员/操作人员。
• Communicate across departments and facilities; report major issues and safety concerns to manager. 跨部门及跨工厂沟通，向上级汇报重大问题与安全隐患。 Job Requirements任职要求
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related fields; associate degree with strong hands-on experience also acceptable. 本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化等相关专业；大专学历但动手能力强亦可考虑。
• 3+ years of equipment maintenance experience in paper products, packaging or related manufacturing industries; experience with extrusion coating machines is preferred. 3年以上纸品、包装或相关制造行业设备维护经验；有淋膜机维修经验者优先。
• Familiar with single-layer extrusion coating machine structure: extruder, die head, unwind/rewind, tension control, and temperature control system. 熟悉单层淋膜机结构：挤出机、模头、收放卷、张力控制及温控系统。
• Able to independently troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and temperature control faults. 能独立处理机械、电气、气路及温控等常见故障。
• Basic knowledge of PLC operation is preferred. 了解PLC基础操作者优先。
