该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责食品包装PE/PLA淋膜工艺的研发与优化，提升产品性能与生产效率
- 解决淋膜生产过程中的技术问题，分析工艺缺陷并提出改进方案
- 制定淋膜工艺操作规范及质量标准，指导生产团队实施标准化作业
- 跟踪行业技术动态，引入新材料、新设备推动工艺升级
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，材料科学或包装工程相关专业
2.5年以上淋膜工艺开发经验，熟悉PE/PLA材料特性及加工参数
- 具备独立解决工艺问题的能力，能通过DOE实验优化生产参数
- 熟悉ISO质量管理体系及食品包装行业相关法规标准
