工作職責
- 負責支援「Safe Community Plus+: 安全社區流動體驗館」計劃
- 負責支援社區展覽及入校工作，包括協助展覽及攤位、小組活動、接待及查詢、文書處理等工作
- 負責定期檢查活動物資、整理及購置安排
- 協助場地管理，包括：電腦、影音支援及場地清理工作等
- 其他獲指派之工作
職位要求
主修科目 Study Fields :
- 具大專或以上程度
知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- 具良好中、英文溝通能力
- 具活動統籌或客户服務經驗為佳
- 具入校教學經驗優先考慮
個人特質 Personal Attributes :
- 主動積極、自律及具責任感
- 具備良好的溝通能力及正向思維
- 能成熟地妥善處理活動突發事件及調解衝突
其他要求 Special Requirements :
- 根據工作需要，有機會需要於週六、日或公眾假期工作
