What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责日料串烧厨房的日常运营管理，优化出品流程
- 主导新串烧菜品研发，每季度推出不少于3款创新串烧产品并完成标准化手册
- 调整升级现有串烧摆盘设计，建立视觉呈现标准，提升菜品毛利率 4.负责厨房团队人员的技能培训与绩效考核，实施梯队培养计划
任职要求：
1.5年以上日料串烧经验，其中2年以上厨师长管理经验，有连锁餐饮背景优先
- 具备创新串烧研发成功案例，掌握备长炭使用、酱汁调配等核心技术
- 精通成本控制与菜单工程，能独立完成菜品成本卡和标准化作业流程
- 熟悉日料食品安全HACCP体系，持有厨师职业资格证或相关认证 5年以上日料串烧、烧鸟类垂直日料品牌从业经历，其中至少2年以上日料串烧厨房厨师长
