What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责半导体制造工艺的日常监控与优化，确保工艺稳定性，良率提升目标≥1%
- 主导新工艺、新材料的导入与验证，完成3个以上工艺模块的转移
- 分析并解决产线工艺异常，MTBA提升至200小时以上
- 编写与更新工艺文件、SOP及FMEA，确保文件准确率100%
任职要求：
- 微电子、材料、物理等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上半导体制造工艺经验
- 精通光刻、蚀刻、薄膜沉积、离子注入等核心工艺模块
- 熟练掌握SPC、DOE等工艺控制与分析方法，具备独立解决复杂工艺问题的能力
- 具备良好的团队协作与跨部门沟通能力，能适应倒班工作制
