该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责生产车间日常排班、人员管理，管控产线产能、节拍，保障订单按时产出 2、管控良率、产线不良问题，牵头现场异常排查、整改落地 3、落实 5S、安全生产、设备日常点检，规避工伤、设备停机事故 4、下属操作工培训、绩效考核、现场纪律管理 5、对接计划、品质、仓储部门，同步生产进度，提交每日生产报表 任职要求： 1、有工业产品、 机器人工厂产线管理经验 2、懂现场异常处理，能带班组，抗压可接受生产倒班 3、执行力强，熟悉基础生产、品质、安全管控流程
