该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1. 协助招聘团队完成技术岗位的简历筛选、面试邀约及候选人跟进，保障招聘流程高效推进。
- 参与员工入职手续办理、劳动合同签订及档案整理，维护员工信息系统的准确性。
- 支持员工关系活动的策划与执行，协助组织员工培训、团建等文化建设工作。
- 负责HR部门日常行政事务，包括文件整理、数据统计及基础报表制作。
任职要求
- 本科（在读）及以上学历，机械、电气、电子、智能制造类等专业在校大学生。 2. 可保证每周5天实习时长，勤奋踏实，具备良好的学习能力与灵活应变能力。 3. 电脑操作熟练，精通Office办公软件（Excel/Word/PPT），具备基础数据处理能力。 实习要求 5天/周*6个月
