What they need
- 確認與釐清客訴及產品異常之細節。
- 與各地工廠品保團隊協調，追蹤並解決客訴問題。
- 針對產品替換、退換貨 (RMA) 及重工作業安排等事宜，與客戶進行對接與溝通。
- 協調外部協力單位 (第三方人力) 進行產品重工；必要時，需親自帶領外部人員至客戶端 (客戶廠區) 進行現場重工作業。
- 在無客訴處理需求期間，與 FAE 配合處理 NPI (新產品導入) 問題，藉此提前學習並熟悉產品，確保未來產品進入量產階段後，能快速找出問題真因，並提出暫時性對策/快速解決方案。
