履歷要求：
小學或以上程度；具廚務經驗或曾受有關訓練為佳。
主要職責：
負責烹飪；編寫餐單、訂購食物、管理物資、廚房清潔、廚務訓練及其他雜務等工作；需輪班；每週工作48小時(包括用膳時間)。
