该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、结合技术规格的评测规范定制； 2、负责实际样品的评价 结合实际评价结果的异常分析和改善； 3、参数前期项目的设计评审。 任职要求： 1、学历：本科及以上专业； 2、专业：机械、电子、光学等相关专业者优先 3、工作经验：有3年以上的相关工作经验者（模组or 马达均可）优先。 4、要求：初步能进行基础的3D，cad的使用。熟悉掌握马达的基本工艺流程，熟悉掌握马达的基本特性和失效模式等。 5、素质：具有良好的创新能力，团队协作能力，分析判断能力，解决问题能力，沟通协调能力；
