该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 炉管设备系统架构与维护 2. 新机导入（300mm Furnace）与系统验证 主导12 寸炉管新设备（立式 / 卧式）进厂评估、二次配、安装、调试、FAT/SAT、工艺 Qualification、产能爬坡全流程。 3. 软硬件系统优化与安全管控 4. 跨部门协同与技术文档标准化 5. 技术调研与行业对标 6.精通TEL/KE 12寸炉管(AP/LP/ALD)设备，精通12寸炉管维护，具备trouble shooting能力 任职要求： 1. 2年及以上工作经验； 2. 熟悉ALD，Poly，熟悉电路，熟悉炉管机台工作原理、硬件&软件Interlock，能对机台目前缺陷提出合理改善性建议； 3.本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业。
