网络和安全运维工程师

工作职责

1. 负责企业网络设备（交换机、路由器、防火墙）日常运维、配置变更与故障排查，保障网络稳定运行。

2. 承担安全基础设施运维，包含 WAF、EDR 等安全组件监控、策略调优与安全事件处置。

3. 落实网络与安全巡检、漏洞扫描，输出巡检报告，推动风险整改。

4. 参与网络及安全架构变更、项目实施，评估变更风险，完成上线验证。

5. 编写运维文档、操作规范，配合内部需求，提供网络与安全技术支撑。

6、完成上级交办的其他临时性、阶段性及专项工作。

任职要求

1、能独立完成交换机、路由器、防火墙等网络设备操作配置与日常运维，进行网络调整、割接配合和中型企业网络搭建；

2、能使用扫描工具开展漏洞扫描，输出基础报告，跟进漏洞整改；

3、能参与安全事件响应，执行隔离、封堵、备份等基础处置操作；

4、能协助编制、更新安全制度、合规台账，配合完成合规检查；

5、能协助开展安全意识培训材料准备、第三方安全信息收集。

6、HCIP、CCNP等网络数通认证优先；

About the role

This role is responsible for daily operations and maintenance of enterprise network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls, ensuring stable network operation. The position involves managing security infrastructure including WAF and EDR components, conducting network and security inspections, vulnerability scanning, and participating in network and security architecture changes and project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, configuration changes and troubleshooting of enterprise network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) to ensure stable network operation
• Maintain security infrastructure including monitoring WAF, EDR and other security components, policy optimization and security incident handling
• Conduct network and security inspections and vulnerability scanning, produce inspection reports and drive risk remediation
• Participate in network and security architecture changes and project implementation, assess change risks and complete launch verification
• Write operations documentation and operational procedures, provide network and security technical support for internal requirements
• Complete other temporary, phased and special tasks assigned by supervisors

About you

• Able to independently complete operations configuration and daily maintenance of network devices such as switches, routers and firewalls, perform network adjustments, cutover coordination and medium-sized enterprise network construction
• Able to use scanning tools to conduct vulnerability scanning, produce basic reports and follow up on vulnerability remediation
• Able to participate in security incident response and execute basic handling operations such as isolation, blocking and backup
• Able to assist in developing and updating security policies and compliance records, cooperate with compliance checks
• Able to assist in preparing security awareness training materials and collecting third-party security information
• HCIP or CCNP network certifications preferred
