校務文員 (太平幼稚園)
- 中學會考五科合格 / 中學文憑五科達第2級或以上學歷(包括中、英、數)
- 處理文書工作，電腦系統應用，電腦資料及記錄，文件存檔
- 協助採購、課業用品點存及記錄
- 協助處理學校帳目、各項收費及記錄
- 接聽電話查詢、接待家長及新生報名
- 熟悉中、英文電腦操作(MS Word / Excel)及持有LCCI會計初級證書者獲優先考慮
- 有禮貌、具愛心、細心、能獨立工作、有責任感、具團隊合作精神及良好溝通能力
- 具校務工作經驗者優先
