该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责: 1.为海外客户提供产品安装、维修和技术支持； 2.通过远程视频等方式指导客户进行设备维护和故障排除； 3.根据客户反馈和技术资料，准确判断设备故障并提出解决方案； 4.协助客户更换故障配件，确保维修质量和设备运行效率； 5.持续优化服务流程，提高客户满意度和售后服务质量。 任职要求： 1.具备流利的英语沟通能力，能够高效解决技术问题；英语四级以上 2.具有良好的机电一体化知识，能够独立进行设备的安装、维修和故障排除。 3.具有较强的问题分析与解决能力，能迅速定位并处理技术难题
