What they need
业务和业务跟单工作内容
1、熟悉五金制品（钣金、冲压、压铸等）的生产流程，能看懂图纸要求，有这类产品的业务经验
2、熟练使用电脑、Office等办公软件，熟悉业务流程
3、良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识，能与客户需求方进行有效沟通，达成合作共识并具备处理突发问题的能力，处理跟进好客户需求与工厂之间的信息传递
4、沟通谈判能力强、善于商务沟通、细致耐心、适应快节奏工作、能承受业绩压力抗压能力强
5、可外勤拜访客户，有驾照
6、学历不限（大学学历优先）
7、薪资待遇：面谈（底薪+业绩奖金，购买社保）
8、工作日(周一到周五)
