该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责实车音频上下行链路和相关声学硬件的质量把控 2、负责前端信号处理算法的开发和落地工作，包括回声消除，降噪及音源分离模块等 3、负责量产项目中信号处理算法问题的跟踪和推进工作 岗位要求： 1、熟悉NLMS, Kalman-AEC，维纳滤波等传统信号处理算法基础 2、熟悉基于神经网络的语音信号增强架构，例如DCCRN, DPCRN以及DTLN等 3、熟悉深度学习的训练框架和优化策略 4、有基于QNN及ADSP部署经验者优先
