该职位来源于猎聘 招聘要求： 1、本科或以上学历，机械、电子/通讯、信息工程等专业； 2、了解应变片式，硅基应变片式，霍尔式等六维力/力矩传感器的技术差异； 3、至少具有一款六维力/力矩传感器从定义到量产的经验； 4、熟悉六维力/力矩传感器的研发流程，量产工艺，测试标准与方法。 工作职责： 1、 统筹六维力/力矩传感器的研发，量产与测试； 2、 指导六维力/力矩传感器的弹性体结构解耦与力学设计； 3、 熟悉六维力/力矩传感器的精度影响因子，并提出改善方案； 4、 熟悉六维力/力矩传感器的精度标准，把标准内容转换制程工艺参数，优化制程工艺流程； 5、 熟悉测试标准，组建品质管控环境； 6、 带领团队，输出标准化文件；
