该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.主导供应商端模具技术问题的诊断与解决 2.负责精密零部件模具的设计评审、工艺优化与持续改进项目 3.主导新模具供应商的技术能力评估与导入，每年完成不少于3家供应商的审核 4.建立并维护关键模具的技术标准与故障知识库，将同类问题复发率降低 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，机械工程、模具设计与制造相关专业，5年以上精密模具领域经验 2.精通冲压、注塑或压铸等精密模具结构，具备独立解决复杂技术问题的能力 3.熟悉模具材料、热处理及表面处理工艺，能熟练运用CAD/CAE软件进行模流分析 4.具备优秀的跨部门沟通与供应商管理能力，能适应短期出差
