主要職責：
- 照顧有特殊教育需要 (SEN) 學生，包括處理學生個案並撰寫個案記錄，處理個人學習計劃 (IEP)、推行及帶領小組輔導、課程調適、協助課後功課輔導工作及相關行政支援
- 與教師、駐校社工及家長保持溝通，協調學生支援事宜
入職要求：
- 持本地認可大學學位或大專以上學歷，主修輔導學、心理學或社會工作優先考慮
- 完成輔導 / 心理學 / 社工相關課程者優先
上述職位須通過『性罪行定罪紀錄查核』、在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績，具學校工作經驗者優先。
