该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责模组段激光切割/LLO剥离/清洗/磨边设备的异常故障处 理，保证设备稳定运行 2.模组激光段设备Issue改善&良率提升， 3.新工艺设备的开发导入&设备改造，满足生产需求 4.新产品试做治具开发及设计 5.设备备品备件管理以及生产现场5s和安全管理 6.技术员的教育训练及管理 7.设备预防保养文件撰写及执行 任职要求： 1.OLED行业13年经验，同类型设备23年开发或维护经验 2.掌握激光切割设备常见的硬件异常排查&处理(激光源/Chiller等) 3.熟悉同服马达/驱动器/气缸/CCD校正系统常见异常处理 4.熟悉Oled模组段常见制程不良处理手法 5.能适应无尘室环境 6.具备一定的报告撰写及沟通能力 7.能配合加班及24h oncall 8.有PLC编程及处理能力优先考虑
