1、根据前置仓开店策略规划，开发符合条件的选址，并完成所辖城市开店计划 2、维护连锁物业/大型房地产/行业人脉的关系，积极开拓区域前置仓资源，做好区域战略储备 3、做好区域选址/开店/租赁/闭店的落实及跟进管理 4、协同工程完成开店，并保障各项合同条件的落实 5、做好区域年度费用管理，处理重大纠纷 6、参与总部开发管理安排的重点项目
职位要求
1、具备前置仓开发项目经验优先 2、有良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够高效的进行外部沟通
