该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责公司研发、技术类岗位的全流程招聘，年度招聘指标完成率不低于95% 2.独立完成人才寻访、面试评估及Offer谈判，月度有效简历推荐量不少于30份 3.维护并拓展招聘渠道，确保各渠道简历转化率较上季度提升10%以上 4.定期输出招聘数据分析报告，为用人部门提供人才市场趋势建议 任职要求： 1.统招本科及以上学历，3年以上制造业或外企招聘经验，有技术岗位招聘经验者优先 2.熟悉各类招聘渠道及人才测评工具，具备较强的面试评估与人才甄选能力 3.具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能熟练进行英文职位描述及面试沟通 4.结果导向，具备优秀的沟通协调能力及抗压能力，能适应快节奏招聘环境
