What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责MW级电力电子产品的设计与开发，包含方案的设计，器件选型，原理设计及功能测试； 2.辅助测试工程师制定测试计划，并指导测试； 3.主导产品的性能，可靠性，安规认证测试； 4.配合新产品工厂导入部门完成新产品的量产导入； 5.指导并参与现场（工厂）相关问题的分析并解决； 6.负责相关产品设计说明书及相关文档的编写及整理；
任职资格： 1.硕士及以上学历，1~5年相关工作经验； 2.具有IGBT应用开发经验及MW级系统逆变器开发经验优先；
