工作職責
工作内容:
- 管理肉部日常營運,包括貨品陳列、庫存點算與貨場環境維護
- 編排人手、培訓員工並帶領團隊達成銷售目標
- 處理顧客查詢、投訴與提供優質顧客服務
- 協助落實食品安全與衛生標準,監控品質控制流程
職位要求:
- 具超市或零售肉部管理經驗者或持有新鮮食品管理證書優先
- 中五或 DSE 以上學歷
- 有團隊管理與人手排配能力,能在高峰時段有效帶領團隊
- 了解食品安全與衛生標準者更佳
- 良好溝通技巧、服務導向、能接受輪班及周末工作
- 能操流利粵語、略懂英語及普通話
上班時間:
輪班制(輪休),上班時段介乎09:00-23:30之間每日 10 小時工作(包1小時用餐時間)
薪酬:HKD24,000或以上 (面議)
