• Perform and ensure a proper cut off for the Monthly Accounting Close. 负责月度结账工作，确保财务报告的及时性和准确性;
• Maintain General Ledger, reconcile sub-ledgers, review & make necessary adjustments in a timely manner. 每月编制资产负债表科目的reconciliation;
• Financial analysis compared to prior year and budget; Gross margin analysis by customer, product

财务经营分析同比环比及预算比；从不同维度进行产品毛利分析，按产品，产品组合，客户;费用分析

• Coordinate with teams in terms of AR, AP, taxes, cash, analysis etc. 负责应收，应付。
• Prepare and perform physical count of assets (especially for inventory), ensure its completeness and accuracy. 负责监督季度及年度的存货盘点。
• Coordinate internal and external audit in meeting statutory and management requirements. 负责协调年度的审计以及高企的申报
• Responsible for annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly flash

编制年度预算，季度预测以及月度的forecast

• Others assigned.其他领导安排的事宜 学历要求、工作经验要求 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a major in accounting 财务管理类本科毕业 - 3-5 (5) years of diversified accounting/cost experience in a manufacturing environment 三到5年生产类工厂会计及成本管理经验 - Minimum three years of experience in a similar position, 精通办公软件excel，word，PPT; 熟练应用PPQ ,Power BI是加分项 -Proactive in handling tasks, strong ability to cope with pressure, excellent communication and departmental coordination 做事主动，良好的抗压能力，良好的沟通及部门协调能力,
