任职要求：
- 熟悉银行行业业务特点，具备金融产品开发经验者优先
- 掌握前后端开发技术，精通Python技术栈
- 具备完整的产品经理能力，包括需求分析、原型设计等
- 具有良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和项目管理能力
