• Perform test project/ 测试项目的执行 1) Be responsible for test operation and effective

汇总测试结果和试验报告。

• Communication on test, method, and problems with global labs team. 与全球实验室团队在测试相关的方法，技术以及问题上的交流。
• Management test equipment make sure testers effectively run. 管理试验设备确保设备处于高效率运行。
• Updated daily test records and test equipment status 更新日常的测试记录和设备状态。
• Can repair and maintain test equipment also need to improve the equipment deficiency. 能够维修处理设备故障和设备日常维护（需特定维修资质的除外），同时也能改善和优化设备的不足。
• PR application for tooling. 工装工具的PR申请。
• New equipment acceptance and tracking. 新设备的验收和跟踪。
• Timely feedback current test status to team 及时反馈测试项目的试验状态到团队。
• To be able to complete MER test equipment assembling and transformation. 能够完成MER（电驱式发动机）台架的组建以及发动机的改造。
• 5S, CI and standardization work of the lab. 实验室5S, 持续改善和标准化工作。
• Understand the environment policy, environment system and emergency plan of company. 了解并执行公司HSE相关法规要求，公司应急预案的执行。
• According to the requirements of the use of appropriate protection measures, safety equipment, and remind and correct other employees in the work not safety and inappropriate behavior. 按照HSE要求使用相应安全保护用品，并提醒和纠正他人在工作中的不安全行为。
• Other tasks or duties as assigned. 主管安排的其他任务 QUALIFICATIONS任职资格:
• College/University or above 大专及以上
• Mechanical/electrical or automotive engineering. 机械/电气或车辆工程专业
• Tools, software and other technical application experience/proficiencies 工具、软件和其他技术应用经验/熟练程度
• Above 2 years work experience related / 2年以上相关工作经验
• Have the related experience on the durability test and function test, which is plus./有耐久和功能测试经验的可优先考虑。
• Understand the basic structure of the engine;/ 了解发动机结构或原理。
• Can skilled use AUTO CAD./ 能够熟练使用CAD可以优先考虑
• Can skilled office software (for example: word, excel, ppt )/ 熟练使用office 办公软件
• Strong data analysis, the handling ability. / 较强的数据处理能力
• Better English listening, speaking, reading, and writing/ 一定的英语口语和较好的写作能力
• Good teamwork spirit and a certain management and coordination ability/ 好的团队合作精神和管理协调能力
