What they need
- 协助公司科研副总裁、CEO，负责公司 ADC 研发管线的相关靶点做深入调研，总结靶点相关科学背景，熟悉相似竞品全面信息，从而加速公司管线的立项和推进； 2. 协助公司科研副总裁、CEO，负责建立及优化公司 ADC 管线药物的体内、体外评价系统，负责本团队内部或外包 CROs 的实验方法的设计、执行，并进行后期数据解读、报告审核等。保证公司项目临床前评价结果的准确和及时，并协助进行各项目 IND 申报资料的药理药效部分的撰写工作； 3. 负责项目开展过程中 CROs 的选择，报价，合同，以及实验前后的管理； 4. 负责团队成员的日常管理，合理安排员工的工作，定期与员工交流并评估员工的工作绩效；以及有效部门团队建设等； 5. 能够和公司其他部门经常沟通，确保公司研发目及其相关工作顺利的推进; 6. 及时向公司领导（科研副总裁,CEO）反馈项目、人员的情况及遇到的问题并提出解决方案。
