该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 提供有效服务及应用支持： - 理解及复现客户反馈问题; - 准备及核实编写维修步骤(图纸, 备件编号, 图片, 机床配置文件等); - 寻求研发，生产线技术支持，解决客户问题; - 记录备份相关技术支持文档，报告等; - 协助支持解决客户端故障及相关质量调查; 调查报告重点问题,收集必要信息并跟进相关行动; - 重复及复现重点问题; - 跟踪安装质量问题并提供解决方案; - 调查分析三包件; 跟进编写相关产品改进信息及服务文档 ; - KC 消息的发布; - 准备及编写备件手册，用户手册； 开展服务培训; - 准备服务培训手册 - 针对服务人员进行服务培训 任职要求： 教育程度：本科 专业：电子、机械或自动化 外语：英文/English 级别：英语四级 工作年限：3-5年
