海外服务工程师– 暖通空调/数据中心（多联机、冷水机组、精密空调）

岗位职责

1. 安装与调试：为马来西亚及东南亚地区的大型 VRF 多联机系统、冷水机组、数据中心精密空调提供现场指导、调试和参数配置。
2. 故障排查与维修：针对制冷系统、电气控制系统、EXV 电子膨胀阀、负载平衡阀、吸气电动阀等系统故障，进行快速远程和现场排查。
3. 技术培训：为当地经销商、服务商和客户工程师提供培训，建设本地化服务能力。
4. 区域交付：监督东南亚项目交付进度，协调备件、物流和代理，确保设备正常运行时间/在线率。
5. 质量反馈：收集实际运行工况数据，形成闭环反馈，推动东南亚市场产品适应性改进。
6. 客户关系管理：处理紧急客户投诉，进行跨文化沟通，提升区域客户满意度。

任职要求

1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，暖通、建筑环境与能源应用工程、机电一体化、电气自动化等相关专业。

2. 行业经验：

   • 至少 3 年中央空调或精密空调行业售后服务经验。
   • 必须具备数据中心暖通行业经验。
   • 熟悉 VRF 系统调试逻辑，能阅读复杂电气原理图和制冷系统图。
   • 熟悉大型冷水机组启动柜/软启动原理者优先。
   • 有海外工作经验者优先。

3. 语言能力：

   • 优秀英语沟通能力，能用英语作为工作语言进行技术沟通、邮件往来和阅读英文技术文档。
   • 普通话流利，能用普通话与总部沟通、工作汇报和培训交付。

4. 技能与证书：

   • 持有低压电工证。
   • 持有制冷与空调作业特种作业证。
   • 熟练使用万用表、钳形表等相关工具。

5. 综合素质：

• 具备独立在海外解决问题的能力。
• 服务意识强，具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力和情绪管理能力，能妥善处理海外客户紧急投诉。
• 动手能力强，吃苦耐劳，能适应数据中心机房、施工现场等不同工作环境。

Job Responsibilities

1. Installation & Commissioning: Provide on-site guidance, commissioning, and parameter configuration for large-scale VRF systems, chiller units, and data center precision air conditioners in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
2. Troubleshooting & Repair: Conduct rapid remote and on-site troubleshooting for system faults including refrigeration systems, electrical control systems, EXV, load balancing valves, and suction motorized valves.
3. Technical Training: Provide training to local distributors, service providers, and customer engineers to build localized service capabilities.
4. Regional Delivery: Oversee the delivery progress of Southeast Asia projects, coordinate spare parts, logistics, and agents to ensure equipment uptime.
5. Quality Feedback: Collect actual operating condition data, form closed-loop feedback, and drive product adaptability improvement for the Southeast Asia market.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Handle urgent customer complaints, conduct cross-cultural communication, and improve regional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC, Built Environment and Energy Application Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, or related majors.

2. Industry Experience:

   • Minimum 3 years of after-sales service experience in central air conditioning or precision air conditioning industry.
   • Must have data center HVAC industry experience.
   • Familiar with the commissioning logic of VRF systems, and able to read complex electrical schematic diagrams and refrigeration system diagrams.
   • Priority will be given to candidates familiar with the principles of large chiller unit starter cabinets / soft starters.
   • Priority will be given to candidates with overseas working experience.

3. Language Proficiency:

   • Excellent English communication skills, able to use English as the working language for technical communication, email correspondence, and reading English technical documents.
   • Fluent Mandarin, able to use Mandarin as the working language for communication with headquarters, work reports, and training delivery.

4. Skills & Certificates:

   • Hold Low Voltage Electrician Certificate.
   • Hold Special Operation Certificate for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Work.
   • Proficient in using multimeters, clamp meters, and other related equipment.

5. Comprehensive Competencies:

• Ability to independently solve problems in foreign countries.
• Strong service awareness, excellent cross-cultural communication and emotional management ability, able to properly handle urgent complaints from overseas customers.
• Strong hands-on ability, hard-working, able to adapt to different on-site working environments such as data center equipment rooms and construction sites.
