職位簡介

我們誠聘前線銷售型店舖店長 / 儲備店長。此職位需要直接面對客戶，介紹及推薦各國投資金銀幣，提供專業服務，建立客情關係，維護會員群體，並能獨立管理店舖商品、庫存及物料。這不是純管理後台職位，而是以銷售、客戶服務及店舖營運並重。

主要職責

1. 為客戶介紹及推薦各國投資金銀幣，提供專業服務，建立有效客情關係，維護會員群體。
2. 能單人管理及營運店舖，做好店舖商品、庫存及物料等管理。
3. 線下不定期參加投資金幣、收藏幣展會及客戶活動。
4. 促進全球主要投資金銀幣及收藏幣的銷售和回購，建立及維護客戶關係與會員基礎。
5. 有效管理店舖商品、庫存及其他物料。
6. 定期參加及協助錢幣展覽會和會議。

入職要求

1. 熟練中文、英語；香港地區必須粵語。
2. 5年以上奢侈品、珠寶首飾、貴金屬等銷售經驗或店舖營運管理經驗者優先。
3. 培訓期結束後能夠單人經營店舖；可靠有耐心，積極主動，願意嘗試新挑戰和機會。
4. 具香港合法工作資格；香港本地居民或永久居民優先。
5. 高中學歷可；成熟穩定，願意長期發展。
6. 能接受店舖輪調及不同地點工作；全職，非兼職。

優先條件

• 周大福、謝瑞麟等黃金珠寶公司，或奢侈品行業出身。
• 其次知名連鎖品牌。
• 溝通能力好，願意直面客戶。
• 有珠寶、黃金、貴金屬或投資幣銷售經驗。
• 可盡快入職並在尖沙咀學習。

Location

Hong Kong – Tsim Sha Tsui / Hong Kong Island / Kowloon stores
Current stores: Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay
Pipeline locations: Kowloon, Central, Admiralty; Hong Kong Island, Admiralty and Kowloon sites are still under selection
Kowloon store is planned to open in May; onboarding and training will start at Tsim Sha Tsui

About the Role

We are looking for frontline, sales-driven Store Managers / Store Manager Trainees. This role is customer-facing and requires introducing and recommending international investment gold and silver coins, providing professional service, building customer relationships, maintaining the membership base, and independently managing store merchandise, inventory and materials. This is not a pure back-office management role; it combines sales, customer service and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Introduce and recommend investment gold and silver coins from various countries; provide professional service; build effective customer relationships; maintain the membership base.
2. Independently manage and operate the store; manage store merchandise, inventory and materials.
3. Attend investment coin and collectible coin expos, customer events and activities from time to time.
4. Drive sales and buy-back of major global investment and collectible coins; build and maintain customer relationships and membership base.
5. Effectively manage store goods, inventory and other materials.
6. Regularly attend and assist coin exhibitions and conferences.

Requirements

1. Fluent in Chinese and English; Cantonese is required for Hong Kong.
2. 5+ years of sales experience in luxury, jewellery, precious metals, or store operations management preferred.
3. Able to run the store independently after training; reliable, patient, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges and opportunities.
4. Valid Hong Kong work eligibility; Hong Kong resident or permanent resident preferred.
5. High school education acceptable; mature, stable and looking for long-term development.
6. Willing to work across different store locations; full-time, not part-time.

Preferred

• Background from Chow Tai Fook, TSL, other gold/jewellery companies, or luxury industry.
• Well-known chain brands as second priority.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to face customers directly.
• Experience in jewellery, gold, precious metals or investment coin sales.
• Available to onboard soon and train at Tsim Sha Tsui.
