What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、通过在线文字或者接听电话方式，受理客户在使用UOS操作系统中的相关问题与咨询，根据内部知识库，提供技术解决方法，无法解决的问题升级到后台部门处理。
2、收集记录用户合理建议及需求，准确传递到公司相关部门。 3、售后客服岗位，工作日早9晚6无加班，周末双休。实习期至少三个月以上。 任职要求： 1、27届本科计算机、网络、安全、软件相关专业，良好沟通能力，具备客户服务意识和责任心，学习能力强。 2、具备Linux基础，熟练者优先考虑。
