• 主要职责/Main Duties

2.1 业务职责/Main Duties 2.1.1 负责所有人源化抗体、嵌合抗体重组表达及细胞瞬时转染鉴定的相关工作;负责杂交瘤抗体表达的工作

Responsible for the recombinant expression of all humanized antibodies and chimeric antibodies and the identification of cell transient transfection; responsible for the expression of hybridoma antibodies

2.1.2

参加培训学习，解决生产中遇到的问题并及时进行反馈

Participate in training and learning, solve problems encountered in production and give feedback in time

2.1.3 每周进行工作通量总结，并进行相关的成功率数据整理

Summarize the work flux every week and sort out the relevant success rate data

2.1.4

协助科学家及主管起草和修订SOP、记录表单等文件。

Assist scientist and supervisor to draft and revise SOP, record form, and other documents.

2.1.5

参与表达岗位生产工艺改进及研发工作

Participate in production process improvement and R & D of expression post

2.1.6

与其他流程的沟通协作及完成上司交办的其他任务

Communicate and cooperate with other processes and finish other tasks assigned by superior.

能够按照SOP进行实验操作和书写实验记录。

Able to perform experimental operations and write experimental records according to SOP.

With of required knowledge (interdisciplinary)，depth of required knowledge (specific discipline), personality characteristics.

教育背景/Educational Background 生物、化学相关专业，大专及以上学历。

College degree or above in biology or chemistry.

工作经验/Job-related Experience 大专或本科学历2年以上相关工作经验或者硕士2年以上相关研究课题经验。

College degree or bachelor degree with at least 2 years working experience or master degree with at least 2 years research experience.

能力与技能/Abilities And Skills： 了解本岗位实验操作的基本原理，熟练掌握本岗位相关技术操作；能初步解决实验中遇到的简单问题；有一定的英语读写能力，能查阅相关资料；基本的生产管理系统操作及熟练的办公软件操作技能。

Understand the basic principles of the experimental operation of the post; Master the relevant technical operation of the post; Solve the simple problems encountered in the experiment preliminarily; Basic English skills required for reading and writing, and be able to consult the relevant materials; basic production management system operation skills and office software operation skills.
