该职位来源于猎聘 1、汽车控制器类项目 标定/需求/算法相关岗位从业经验总计2年以上；或汽车软件类岗位从业3年，相关岗位从业1年以上； 2、掌握模型软件使用，熟悉模型搭建，仿真，相关技能 3、熟悉汽车空调系统，热管理系统，域控制器相关系统(以上任一) 4、了解CMMI,ASPICE开发流程(任一) 5、了解工作需要前往实验室与试验场出差的需求 6、熟悉主机厂(任一)性能验收相关规范标准 7、熟练掌握整车级或产品级问题排查，锁定，分析，处理方法
