負責統籌及管理嚴重殘疾人士服務的行政、人事、財務等工作，確保單位服務之運作暢順，並進行地區聯繫工作及單位員工的督導工作。為復康者及照顧者提供輔導和支援服務，籌劃活動、義工發展、統籌家屬聯絡及服務推廣。應徵者須為註冊社工，持認可社會工作學位或同等學歷，香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科及中國語文科考獲第 2 級或以上成績或具同等學歷，並擁有三年或以上助理社會工作主任經驗，如具康復服務工作經驗者優先考慮。
以上職位以合約條款聘用。
